PROCESSING & SHIPPING Once we process/receive payment for your order, we will ship out within 24-48 Hours. Once shipped, transit time is approximately 4-7+ business days depending on your location. Most of our customers will receive their goods within 1-2 Weeks of placing their order. We ship to the US, Canada, and other International countries. Once we process payment, you are unable to cancel/edit the order. We do not reserve stock until payment is received. CC declines causes delays in processing and shipping out your order. It also increases the possibility of items in your order to be out of stock. Please be sure to update your CC beforehand. OPEN PACKS All items are sold in open packs so that you may choose your best selling sizes & colors. Due to this, we will fulfill what is available based on your order. If you wish to only receive a "Full Size Range" or have a special request, it's very important to notate this on your order or message us once you place the order. PRODUCT TAGS Products come without tags so that you can add your own branded tags. The product will include a care tag that has the size, fabric content, and washing instructions RETURNS Orders must be returned back to the original Ship From location. You have 7 calendar days from when you received the order to initiate a return. You are welcome to return all items except for Swimsuits, Bralettes/Undergarments, and Lingerie due to hygiene reasons. We do not provide return shipping labels. Customers are responsible in shipping the items back to us until we receive it. Shipping cost is non refundable. You must contact us for Return Instructions!
